Hi, I’m Ashley Atkins, a biological anthropologist, traveler, book lover, cozy gamer, and mental health advocate. Ever since I was a kid, I used to step out of the sandbox and say to my dad, “I have sandbox in my shoes!” when what I really meant was sand. But over time, I realized that phrase perfectly captured how life works—we carry pieces of every experience with us, shaping who we are and what we love, sometimes it's in my shoes, most times it's in my heart.
